OBJECTIVES

The questionnaire is offered as a pre-assessment to WPC Cluster applicants in the manufacturing sector. It is aimed at obtaining a brief overview of the business in order to identify the opportunities for productivity improvement by means of the WPC Cluster Programme. The questions also focus on the attitudes to productivity improvement and the potential difficulties and issues likely to be experienced in implementing the WPC Cluster Programme.

The objective is to obtain a clear view regarding the business needs and to guide the selection of the Best Operating Practice Modules for the first year.

MODUS OPERANDI

The assessment is coordinated by the Change Facilitator during a one-day session in small to medium sized companies.
