Price structure

The following principles underpin the fee structure of the Workplace Challenge User Group programme:

·       The main principle is that Donor Organisations (Government, SETAs etc) of the Workplace Challenge are seeking to facilitate and enhance productivity and competitiveness in South African organisations by improving workplace relations, embracing or developing world-class practices and sharing and disseminating experiences.

·       The programme is designed so that ownership of the change process is vested in the participants of the Workplace Challenge programme.

·       Participants will pay a User Group fee in line with the number of people they employ.

·       Participants will need to demonstrate the impact of the programme on their company’s performance criteria of quality, speed, cost, safety and morale for feedback to donor organisations.

Therefore participants will pay a subsidised annual fee, which is inclusive of inforcement training as required (refer to Section 8.1). The fee will vary according to company size.

Training materials will be supplied at cost. Please note that training materials are aligned with unit standards registered on the National Qualification Framework.

MEMBERSHIP FEES
