LEADERSHIP CAPACITY BUILDING (LCB) WORKSHOP

This programme is designed for the following audience:

• Workplace Challenge programme champions within organizations
• Operations managers within organizations
• Team leaders, Supervision within organizations
• Individuals tasked with continuous improvement within organisations
• Organized labour or general labour representatives

The objectives of this programme are to provide the participants with the following:

• Introduce the  Workplace Challenge (WPC), its ideology, methodology and implementation procedures
• Equip leaders to ensure they can respond appropriately to the concepts of WPC
• Create an awareness to the participants responsibility in terms of “influencing” the implementation and outcomes of the programme within their organizations
